Indrina Kanth is a strategist and builder who believes schools must be both excellent and enduring. As Partner, Growth & Operations at Rocky Mountain Prep, she leads the network’s campus operations and development strategy. Her work is focused on the long-term sustainability of joyful, high-performing schools. Since joining RMP in 2018, Indrina has helped raise $17 million and driven steady enrollment growth across the network.
Before RMP, she served as Chief Portfolio Officer at New Schools for New Orleans, where she led a $40 million investment to expand access to high-performing schools across the city. She began her career with Teach For America, recruiting teachers nationwide and supporting school systems during a period of rapid growth. Indrina is a New York native and a summa cum laude graduate of The George Washington University, where she earned a degree in International Affairs and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
