Adam Lenzmeier is a values-driven leader shaped by service and grounded in a belief that every student deserves access to opportunity. His path to school leadership began with two truths: that education can transform lives, and that strong leadership makes that possible. Adam is a U.S. Army veteran and former Teach For America corps member who has worked to expand access and outcomes for students in Colorado.
As the founding principal of Atlas Preparatory High School and former principal at RMP Federal Middle School, Adam has led teams with a clear focus on equity and excellence. Now, as Executive Director of Schools at Rocky Mountain Prep, he leads and coaches principals across the network with the same belief that’s guided his career: when we invest in strong leadership, we position students to lead lives of purpose, choice, and fulfillment. He holds degrees from Gonzaga University and the University of Denver, along with a Colorado Principal License.
