We’re excited to officially kick off the strategic planning process at Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP)!
Strategic planning provides the opportunity to take a close look at where we are, where we’re going, and how we’ll get there.
Just like our PEAK values guide us in school, we’ll use a PEAK planning approach to guide our process over the next 10 months.
- In phase one, we’ll PREPARE by answering the question: where are we going? We’ll assess our strengths, areas of growth, and opportunities, and we’ll define what success looks like for our students and schools over the next three years.
- In phase two, we’ll ENGAGE by answering the question: how will we get there? We’ve established a committee of individuals from the RMP community that will meet monthly to review, advise and provide feedback on the development of the strategic plan, our roadmap to where we want to go.
- We’ll ASSESS in phase three and answer the question: what do we think? Here we’ll share our ideas with the broader RMP community and ask for feedback on our plans for the future.
- And then finally, we’ll close the process with a KICKOFF in phase four where we’ll share our final plan with everyone — and get started on the path to making our future vision a reality.
We’ll continue to share regular updates on the strategic planning process on the RMP blog.
In the meantime, we’ve outlined below answers to a few key questions and what to expect throughout the strategic planning process.
