RISING LEADERS FELLOWSHIP
The Rising Leaders Fellowship is RMP University’s signature leadership program for Grade Level Leaders (GLLs) in SY26. Every GLL takes part in this fellowship, gaining targeted coaching, cross-campus practice, and a capstone project that prepares them for future Assistant Principal roles.
Leadership Is Learned. Consistency Builds Excellence. Accountability Creates Equity.
In SY26, the Rising Leaders Fellowship is the core leadership development experience for all Grade Level Leaders. Through workshops, coaching, and applied projects, fellows strengthen their instructional leadership, adult management, operational precision, and cultural stewardship.
Leadership Is Learned:
GLLs are not just serving in the role; they are training for future Assistant Principal positions.
Consistency Builds Excellence:
Making RLF the standard for GLLs ensures shared language, expectations, and growth across campuses.
Accountability Creates Equity:
By systematizing leadership development, we reduce bias and gatekeeping in the pipeline.
