EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP
RMP–Exemplary Leadership is an immersive, off-the-grid leadership retreat designed for senior leaders ready to reconnect with purpose, deepen their impact, and expand their capacity to lead through complexity.
Anchored in The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner, this five-day mountain-based experience invites participants to examine and embody the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership through a blend of direct teaching, peer coaching, outdoor challenge, and transformative reflection. Leaders will leave not only more connected to one another, but more connected and clear about the leader they are becoming.
The First Step in
RMP Leadership
RMP-XL’s first cohort will be formed through manager nominations. A nomination from your manager also serves as approval for you to step away from your regular responsibilities in order to fully participate in the program.
RMP-XL requires the completion of a 360 review prior to the start of your transformational journey. The feedback from your review will serve as your reflection tool and leader development for your “mountain top” experience.
