DEI & Belonging
DEIB Book Club: Growing Together Through Dialogue
The RMP DEIB Book Club is a space for staff across campuses to explore equity, identity, and belonging through shared reading and conversation. Each year, we engage with one book, guided reflection prompts, and two in-person gatherings. Together, we deepen understanding and strengthen our shared commitment to equity.
Read Together. Reflect Together. Grow Together.
This experience is open to all RMP staff – regardless of role or tenure – who want to build inclusive communities and grow as equity-driven leaders.

More About DEIB Book Club
The DEIB Book Club is a book-centered learning series that emphasizes dialogue over content mastery. Participants read, reflect, and discuss with peers, focusing on how lessons from each chapter connect to our workplace and community contexts. Together, we build personal insight and create a living resource library for the wider RMP community. All staff – from new hires to veteran educators, across campuses and the Network Support Team—are welcome. Every participant will receive their choice of a hard copy or e-book of this year’s text.
Why it Matters:
The DEIB Book Club cultivates belonging, builds relationships across campuses, and equips staff to weave equity into daily practice. It models lifelong learning while reinforcing RMP’s commitment to inclusive leadership.
